These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Airtime ("the app"), a training-tracking app for trampoline and tumbling athletes, provided by DRusinova ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using Airtime, you agree to these Terms.
Airtime is a personal training log. It runs entirely on your device: there is no account, no server, and no backend. As explained in the Privacy Policy, all data you enter — training sessions, competition results, skill progress, goals, photos, and reference videos — is stored locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework and local file storage.
Airtime is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of defects, or that any data you store in it will be preserved without loss or corruption.
Because all data lives only in the app's local storage on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your data (for example, by enabling iCloud/iTunes backup at the iOS level). We are not responsible for, and disclaim all liability for, any loss, corruption, or unrecoverability of your data resulting from:
Because we have no server and no access to your data, we cannot recover, restore, or retrieve any data on your behalf under any circumstances.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DRusinova shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, Airtime — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app, if any.
Airtime is a training-tracking tool only. It does not provide coaching, medical, or safety advice, and is not a substitute for qualified coaching supervision. Trampoline and tumbling are activities with inherent risk of injury. You are responsible for your own (or your athlete's) safety, and for following the guidance of qualified coaches and safety personnel. We are not liable for any injury arising from training activities logged or referenced in the app.
You agree to use Airtime only for its intended purpose of tracking your own (or, if you are a parent, guardian, or coach, your athlete's) training activity, and not to use the app in any way that violates applicable law.
The app, including its design, code, and content (excluding data you enter), is owned by DRusinova and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. © 2026 DRusinova. All rights reserved.
The app's optional "Watch Tutorials" feature opens YouTube in your device's browser. Once you leave the app, your use of YouTube is governed by YouTube's own terms, not these Terms.
Airtime is designed for use by athletes of all ages, including children, under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or coach. A parent or guardian is responsible for a minor's use of the app and agreement to these Terms on the minor's behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we do, this page will be updated and the app's version history will note the change. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You may stop using Airtime at any time by deleting the app from your device. Since there is no account or server-side data, no further action is needed to terminate your use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DRusinova operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
